There are some questions that we are frequently asked regarding our services for weddings. Below are some of the most common questions along with their answers.

Do you work with an assistant? Yes! It makes everything go so much smoother, and allows me to focus more on taking the pictures rather than fussing with all the details. My assistant does an outstanding job and I would not want to do a wedding without her!

Does digital photography offer as good of quality as traditional film? In the earlier days of digital cameras, the answer was obvious. The quality of digital did not come close to the enlargement capability of film. However, the times have changed, and today a quality digital camera can easily exceed the bottom line quality and sharpness of the photos. The quality produced by our digital equipment is exceptional and makes for outstanding enlargements!

Keep in mind that if you take your photos to Joe's Super Prints and pay 5¢ for a 4x6, then you're probably not going to be happy with the quality, but if you take that same photo to a quality photo lab, you can receive an outstanding quality print.

Where will you travel? We serve the Northern Lower Michigan area including Mackinac Island. We usually don't travel much farther than Grand Rapids, Sault Ste. Marie, or Alpena, however there are always exceptions! If you would like to know if we can travel to your wedding location, please don't hesitate to contact us or give us a call at (231)946-5845.

Do you offer prints with your packages? Yes! But they are optional. Be sure to ask about our Prints & Wedding Album option, which can be added to any of our wedding packages.

Do you have backup equipment in case something happens? Absolutely! While I always make sure things are in perfect working condition, I also believe it is very important to be prepared.
